Himawari’s 5-Day Satisfaction Guarantee ensures that if you don’t feel progress or are unsatisfied within the first 5 days of the course, you’ll receive a full refund—no questions asked.

And if you decide to switch to another Japanese teacher, I’ll even cover the cost of your first lesson with a teacher I recommend, ensuring a smooth transition for your learning journey. Your success is my priority!

• Refunds are typically processed promptly after approval, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Pre-Recorded Lessons (Self-Study Courses)

Due to the digital nature of our Self-Study Courses and immediate access to the content, we do not offer refunds once the purchase has been made. All sales are final.

Collaborations and Partnerships

For collaborations and partnerships, any deposit or initial payment made to secure the partnership or services is non-refundable. This ensures commitment from both parties and covers initial planning and preparation.

Once the collaboration or service is completed as agreed upon, no refunds will be issued. We encourage all parties to discuss and agree upon the terms and conditions of the collaboration before proceeding.

General Conditions

• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Cryptocurrency refunds will be processed in the same cryptocurrency and for the same amount as originally paid, regardless of changes in market value.

• JapanesePika reserves the right to deny refund requests if they fall outside the stated conditions.
